Passriva support

Describe what happened and the step where it occurred. You can preview the technical report in the app and choose whether to share it.

Do not send passport photos, passport numbers, machine-readable lines or screenshots showing document information.

Passriva reads the chip of electronic passports on compatible iPhones (iOS 17 or later, NFC). It reads passports only — not ID cards or residence permits. Reading alone does not establish authenticity; when supported, the app checks the issuing country’s digital signature and shows that result separately. It does not establish the holder’s identity.

We use reports to diagnose reading problems and improve compatibility. We delete the report copies we hold within 7 days of receipt. For questions or an earlier deletion request, contact the same email.
